Black goblins are small humanoid creatures with blackish, leathery skin which offers a certain protection against weather and weapons. They are quite agile and prefer to live in warm caves and in clearings close to trade routes.
Goblins are hunters and are also cunning enough to rob lonesome travelers. Equipped with clubs and old armor, they surround their victim and overwhelm it by attacking from all sides simultaneously. Goblins are quite intelligent and much smarter than any animal. The black goblins are distinctly more aggressive that the green ones. Their leaders are always better equipped and armored than their mates.
